Mike Berg

Currently based back in his hometown of Minneapolis, Mike Berg is a Singer-Songwriter who has spent the last decade between Los Angeles, London, Florence, Italy and Kyiv, Ukraine with his job as an engineer in the scientific field. Mike’s solo gigs in LA have included The Bootleg Theater (CD release show), Harvard & Stone, Safari Sam’s, and The Roxy on the Sunset Strip. Previously in Minneapolis, Mike played several local venues including 7th Street Entry and the Triple Rock Social Club with his band, Stranger Passing.

David J (Bauhaus, Love and Rockets) produced Mike’s debut solo album, “Lights Down”. Mike has also toured as a keyboardist for David J and contributed keys and guitar to several of his solo recordings, as well as the live musical production of “Silver For Gold” at REDCAT, the Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater in Downtown LA.

In 2017, Mike worked with Julian Shah-Tayler of The Singularity, who produced the "Exiles EP" and other singles at his LA studio.  Mike played several shows in LA in 2019 with Denny Weston on drums and Linda Kiss on bass guitar including at the Standard Hollywood along with Darwin and The Singularity.

Mike is currently working on a new EP with Darwin for 2023.
